West Linn Refuse Bulky Waste Program

In 2017 West Linn Refuse and Recycling (WLRR) began a new Cleanup Program, replacing the curbside cleanup day the City's waste hauler had implemented in the past.

WLRR is offering a new program that allows residential West Linn customers who reside within City limits, to call to schedule a personalized pickup once within the calendar year. Customers should request their collection one week in advance of their regular collection day by calling West Linn Refuse and Recycling at 503-557-3900.

Items that can be placed out for collection include: appliances, electronics, mattress sets, furniture, metal items, carpet or up to five refuse cans (must be bagged, boxed, bundled or containerized by the customer). While all of the above waste is accepted there are limitations on the amount. A customer can put out up to:

• Five bags/bundles of non-putrescible items (60 pound weight limit each)
• OR up to two large, bulky appliances
• OR two large bulky items
• OR five items of e-waste.
