Municipal & Community Development Code (CDC)

The City of West Linn is pleased to announce monthly code publishing via a contracted service. The West Linn Municipal Code and Community Development Code will now be updated on a monthly basis to reflect all ordinance changes adopted by the West Linn City Council. Previously, codes were updated annually to reflect adopted ordinances.

This codification of Code is for convenience of viewing West Linn's local laws; however, in the case of a typographical or other error, the ordinances are the applicable laws.

Correspondingly, the link to the code publishing service is accessed from various points on the City website so community members have the ability to view updated code documents.
