The City of West Linn takes complaints of employee misconduct very seriously. We are providing an online reporting tool for your convenience. This complaint tracking system is hosted by a third-party complaint hotline provider, EthicsPoint.
All online complaints through EthicsPoint are initially routed to the City Manager and Human Resources.
You may also use the form listed below in "Supporting Documents." This form is directly submitted to the police department. It may be used for a commendation or a complaint.
