To Our West Linn Community,

It is an honor and a privilege to serve as your Police Chief, guided every day by the principles of service, transparency, accountability, integrity, and respect. After more than 21 years in law enforcement, my commitment to continuous learning and improvement is stronger than ever. I believe we owe it to our community to constantly evaluate our practices, challenge ourselves to do better, and remain open, honest, and responsive in all that we do.

I am proud to lead this organization during a pivotal and evolving time in our history. Our department is made stronger by a team of dedicated professionals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. That diversity enhances our ability to serve, to solve problems, and to stand up for those who cannot advocate for themselves. We are driven by a deep sense of duty to protect the vulnerable, to act with courage and fairness, and to positively impact the lives of those we serve.
