Police Review and Recommend Committee Statement

The West Linn Police Review and Recommend Committee (“PRRC”), a group of seven community members appointed by the West Linn City Council to review the complaint, investigation, and discipline process in Police Department matters, has completed its review of the Department’s 2020 investigation into former doctor David Farley. The PRRC’s findings are summarized in a five-page statement, available for download below, which was written collaboratively by PRRC members and adopted by consensus.

At the West Linn City Council’s June 17 meeting, City Manager John Williams conveyed the PRRC statement to the Mayor and Council. Watch a recording of the meeting at westlinnoregon.gov/meetings.
