Status Updates
10/11/2023- Punchlist items being resolved and project closeout.
4/28/2022 - Bland storm, sewer, water installed. Waiting for PGE/Commounications relocation to finish Bland improvements.
2/7/2022 - work began on exporting surplus dirt off the site to 22870 Weatherhill Subdivision.
12/20/2021 - Construction on hold until 22870 Weatherhill Subdivision permited where dirt fill will be hauled.
9/16/2021 - Construction of public improvements underway. Contractor working on new public street and utility construction.
8/11/2021 - Pre-construction meeting held with contractor. Work anticipated to begin the week of 8/16/2021.
7/14/2021 - Plan review is in process.
