Card applications are available at the Library and attached at the bottom of this page. When signing up for a new card, please be sure to bring:

  • Photo identification
  • Proof of your current address (government-issued ID, a piece of mail addressed to you, rental agreement, etc.).

LINCC library cards may be used at all public libraries in Clackamas County.  Please note that loan periods, fines, and other checkout policies may vary among these libraries.  Residents in the LINCC service area are also eligilble to get a card in Multnomah, Washington, and Hood River County, as well as the Fort Vancouver Regional Library District.

Residents of the LINCC Library District without a card can register for an eCard.
