The most efficient way to pay your utility bills, is through our direct deposit program which automatically pays your utility bill, from your checking or savings account, on the due date noted on your bill. West Linn residents are encouraged to participate in this direct deposit program opportunity; download and complete a form today to begin having your bills utility paid automatically from a bank account of your choice.

The Low Income Utility Assistance program offers reduced utility billing rates and is available to residents on an application basis only. Residents must download and complete a Low Income Utility Assistance Program application and supply tax return information to be eligible for this program.
