Utility Bill

The Finance Department is responsible for finance functions to include the utility billing and business license programs.

The most efficient way to pay your City Services Bill (sometimes referred to as a Utility Bill), is through our direct deposit program which automatically pays your CIty Services Bill, from your checking or savings account, on the due date noted on your bill. West Linn residents are encouraged to participate in this direct deposit program opportunity; download and complete a form today to begin having your City Services Bill paid automatically from a bank account of your choice.

The Low Income Assistance program offers reduced City Services billing rates and is available to residents on an application basis only. Residents must download and complete a Low Income Utility Assistance Program application and supply tax return information to be eligible for this program.
