Engineering Inspection Request Webform

West Linn has adopted safe practices to limit the spread of the Coronavirus disease.  These practices may result in longer processing times and delays in inspections. Please review the AGC poster in the related files and visit the AGC website for further information: https://www.agc-oregon.org/.

Inspection requests for Public Works Permits (e.g. NFP-20-05, FP-20-05) or for an inspection related to a development project (e.g. PI-16-05) must now be done through the Engineering Department's Inspection Request Webform. 

Inspection requests must be received by 7:00am on the day of inspection. Some development inspections require 24-48 hour notice. If a specific inspection time is desired please put it in the comments field. City inspectors will endeavor to meet time requests, however specific time requests may not be honored due to scheduling conflicts.
