Dumpster Services

The City of West Linn holds a franchise agreement with Keller Drop Box (dba Republic Services) to provide drop box (dumpster) solid waste management services to the residents and businesses of West Linn. Services must be requested from Keller Drop Box directly at 503-682-3900 or at www.republicservices.com.  Dumpsters shall be placed on private property to the extent there is space available.  No material may be placed in the right-of-way without first obtaining a permit through the WL Police Department. A permit application can be obtained at http://westlinnoregon.gov/police/forms-permits-and-applications.
