Surface Water Management Plan

The Surface Water Management Plan (formerly known as the the Storm Water Master Plan) guides the City's efforts to manage storm water runoff, reduce storm water pollution, and protect/enhance natural habitat areas affected by the drainage system. The most current version was completed in 2006. It replaces the 1996 master plan. Many of the capital improvement projects undertaken by the City are derived from inadequacies pointed out by the surface water management plan.
