Traffic Control Requests

The City has a neighborhood traffic management program. The program exists to promote a safe transportation network through education, law enforcement, and engineering solutions. To submit a traffic issue for review, complete the attached form, and mail to the attention of Sam Foxworthy; Transportation Divison Supervisor; 4100 Norfolk St; West Linn, OR 97068, or email sfoxworthy [at] westlinnoregon [dot] gov.
