PA-24-09 - a Proposed Land Division at 2289 5th Ave

Pre-application conferences are designed for Applicants to discuss their proposals with staff before formally applying. These sessions inform Applicants about submission requirements, approval criteria, and site development considerations. They are not forums for public comments on applications. However, community members may attend and, if times permits, ask staff questions about the West Linn Development Code and application requirements. If Applicants proceed with a development application, the public will have an opportunity to comment after submission.
