Submit land use applications through this web page.
Important: You must upload the correct and complete application form as a single PDF file that includes all required materials.

ELECTRONIC SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Your submittal must include a completed application form and all supporting materials in one PDF.
- Documents must be PDF format only. Photos of application forms converted to PDF will not be accepted.
- The maximum individual file size is 128 MB. Please reduce and flatten files before uploading. ZIP files are not accepted.
- Combine all materials into one PDF. To merge, convert, or compress PDFs, you may use Adobe’s free online tools (e.g., Acrobat Free Merge PDF).
- If your single file exceeds 128 MB, email lschroder@westlinnoregon.gov for alternative submission instructions.
- Do not submit locked or password-protected files. Locked documents must be unlocked before intake.
CONFIRMATION:
After you submit your application, staff will contact you to:
- Confirm receipt of your documents
- Provide an invoice for fees and deposits
- Clarify any discrepancies between your uploaded materials and the items listed in the web form
PAYMENT:
Fees are listed in the Master Fees and Charges schedule. After intake, staff will calculate fees and deposits and email you an invoice. You may pay:
- By phone: Call the Weest Linn Finance Department at 503-657-0331 after receiving the invoice.
- By check: Mail or deliver to City Hall.
Fraud Warning
- The City will never request wire transfers or banking information by email.
- Any email asking you to send funds, verify banking details, or initiate a wire transfer is fraudulent.
- Do not click links, open attachments, or respond to suspicious emails.
- Always check the sender’s email address carefully.
- If you receive a suspicious message, call us to verify it. Your security is important to us.
