HB2001/2003 Project Advisory Committee

The West Linn City Council appointed a limited duration Project Advisory Committee for the City’s grant funded HB2001 and HB2003 projects. The purpose of the Project Advisory Committee is to review the Phase 1 consultant work products and provide feedback. The members of the committee were chosen because of their housing knowledge, familiarity with HB 2001 and HB2003, or their involvement with City policy making. 

The committee is scheduled to meet fives times, between December 2020 and May 2021, and review the technical work of the consultants during Phase 1. As a project specific committee, no direct recommendation will be made to City Council. The expectation is the committee’s expertise will help the consultant teams to provide the City with the best technical information to ensure compliance with the two house bills. Additionally, the committee’s feedback will be useful to staff in Phase 2 conversations with the community.
