Middle Housing Survey

The City conducted a survey to collect community feedback on House Bill 2001 implementation. The survey closed on April 18, 2021. Results can be viewed here.

Community Events

Our next community event will be an Open House this Winter for the opportunity to give feedback on the policy questions. More detailed information about the event will be available shortly. Please check back for updates. 

Neighborhood Association Meetings

The City has reached out to all eleven Neighborhood Associations to be scheduled on their agendas to provide an overview of HB2001 and receive feedback on the nine policy questions.

Planning Commission and City Council Public Hearings

During the Adoption Process, the new regulations will be presented to the Planning Commission and City Council at a series of public hearings. Public testimony will be taken during these hearings.  For meeting dates, materials, and information, visit the Meetings page on our public meetings portal.
