|2016 Road Program||
Project awarded to S2 Contractors. They were awarded the project last year also. Actual construction will kick off mid to late August.
|2016 Sanitary Sewer Rehab||
Project awarded to Insituform Technologies on March 14, 2016. Construction started April 25th. Approximately 8,000 linear feet of pipe lined to date.
|Highway 43 Concept Plan Update||
STIP Grant application selected for 150% funding list. 2016 Highway 43 Conceptual Design Plan is in process and anticipated to go to Council for approval in July.
|Bolton Reservoir Replacement||
Excavation completed for the reservoir. Aggregate base installed along with the floor drains. First concrete pour for the reservoir floor will be at the end of this July.
|Rosemont Reservoir Safety Improvements||
Contractor working on punch list items.
|2015 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project||Included cleaning CCTV, and CIPP lining of approximately 30,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe.||Completed|
|Lake Oswego Emergency Intertie Pump Station||Included installation of one end suction centrifugal pump, piping, valves, and electrical control system upgrades within existing pump station. Exterior improvements made||Completed|
|Median Restoration Project||Included improvements to various medians within the City primarily along Santa Anita and Salamo Rd. Work included planting of new trees and shrubs and removal of invasive and/or dying plants. Additional medians will be addressed in the future as funding permits.||Completed|
|2015 Waterline Project||Project consists of the installation of approximately 680 linear feet of 12-inch, 3000 linear feet of 8-inch, 450 linear feet of 6-inch and 500 linear feet of 4-inch ductile iron pipe. Project upgraded outdated and undersized galvanized and asbestos cement pipe.||Complete|
|2015 Road Program||Project included asphalt pavement removal and replacement, cement treated subgrade, concrete curb and sidewalk, storm sewer improvements, slurry seal, and pavement marking removal||Complete|
|Santa Anita Rosemont Intersection||Project included design of a traffic signal and intersection improvements. Signal construction included pedestrian safety improvements with the installation of new pedestrian countdown signals.||Complete|
|Trails Master Plan On-Street Routes Priority Recommendations||Project consists of review of current on-street route conditions (sidewalks and bike lanes) within City for prioritization of future capital improvements.||Completed|
|Bland Rosemont Intertie Pump Station||Project included the design and construction of a 1200 gpm booster pump station, including a 16' X 22' building, electrical, plumbing, instrumentation and telemetry systems.||Completed|
|Bland Rosemont Transmission Line||Approximately 2,900 linear feet of 12-inch waterline was installed to connect the Bland and Rosemont pressure zones. In addition, approximately 1,300 linear feet of sidewalk along the west side of Salamo was installed between Weatherhill and Bland.||Completed|
|Mapleton Water Main Replacement||Abandonment and replacement of approximately 4,000 linear feet of primarily 6-inch asbestos cement pipe with 8-inch ductile iron pipe was completed.||Completed|
|Sanitary Sewer Rehab Stage 4||Approximately 18,000 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer with cured in place pipe was completed||Completed|
|2014 Road Program||Approximately 1,600 tons of asphalt, 700 ln-ft of storm drain improvements, and 4,000 sq. yd's of Slurry seal street improvements completed||Completed|
|Concrete Streets Project||
Approximately 7,000 sq. yd's of concrete street improvements completed
|Chestnut and Skye Parkway Waterline||Approximately 800 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water pipe was installed||Completed|
|Evah Lane Waterline||Approximately 400 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water pipe was installed||Completed|
900 lights converted
City received reimbursement from Energy Trust of Oregon which was presented to Council in January 2014
Final light pole installation completed late January 2014
