2025 Waterline Replacement -Construction
Upgrade and relocation of 4,700' of water main.
Sections include:
Upper Midhill Dr. from Marylhurst Dr. to Arbor Dr.
Arbor Dr. from Upper Midhill Dr. to Hwy 43
Reed St. through the Parker Rd and Sunset Ave intersection
Dollar St. from Fields Dr. to Ostman Rd.
Santa Anita Dr. from Hidden Springs to Club House Circle
Status Updates
7/8/25- Cleanup and installing hydrants continues on Upper Midhill and Arbor.
7/3/25- Crews are sawcutting the Dollar Street section of the project with the water main crew beginning work on Dollar on 7/7.
6/30/25- Crews are finishing main installation work on Arbor Drive
6/17/25- Work continues north on Upper Midhill Drive with crews installing services following main installation.
6/12/25- Crews installing new water services between Marylhurst and Robinwood Way and installing a new fire hydrant near Marylhurst Drive.
6/9/25- Work continuing on water main between Marylhurst and Robinwood Way.
6/2/25- Contractor has mobilized to Upper Midhill Drive and is working from Marylhurst towards Arbor.
