Applicant is appealing the Planning Commission decision to approve the Conditional Use Permit (CUP-15-03), Class II Design Review (DR-15-17), and two Class II Variances (VAR-15-01 & VAR-15-02) for the Sunset Primary School Replacement at 2351 Oxford Street.

West Linn City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on 3/20/17 at 6:30 pm for remand proceedings related to the Final Opinion and Order issued by the Land Use Board of Appeals.

City Council met on March 20, 2017 and April 10, 2017, to hold a public hearing to consider the remand order from the Land Use Board of Appeals. The Council adopted updated findings to address the assignments of error sustained by LUBA and again denied the appeal and upheld their decision from June 2, 2016.
