HIDDEN SPRINGS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION MINUTES MEETING OF APRIL 17, 2007 CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM at the West Linn Adult Community Center by President, Lynn C. Fox. Other officers in attendance: Harvey Schultz, Vice President; Donna Baker, Treasurer; Charles Lytle, Secretary. QUORUM DATA. The number of eligible members since the beginning of the calendar year was 16. At 10%, the quorum was 1.6 = 2 members. There were 8 members present at the start of the meeting. Therefore, the meeting stands as an official meeting of the Neighborhood Association.

Other officers in attendance: Harvey Schultz, Vice President; Donna Baker, Treasurer; Charles Lytle, Secretary. QUORUM DATA. The number of eligible members in attendance at the Februrary 20th meeting was 13. At 10%, the quorum was 1.3 = 2 members. There were 8 members present at the start of the meeting. Therefore, the meeting stands as an official meeting of the Neighborhood Association.

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM at the West Linn Adult Community Center by Acting President, Lynn C. Fox. Other officers in attendance: Donna Baker, Treasurer, Charles Lytle, Acting Secretary. QUORUM DATA. Eligible members in good standing as of the previous meeting: 14. At 10%, the quorum for this meeting was 1.4 = 2. Only members in good standing can vote. The number of eligible members in good standing in attendance at the start of the meeting was 20.

MINUTES HIDDEN SPRINGS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION MARCH 15, 2005 In attendance Acting President Lynn Fox Secretary Donna Baker Guest Jim Labbe, Audubon Society of Portland The monthly meeting of the Hidden Springs Neighborhood Association was called to order at 7:10 PM on March 15, 2005 at West Linn City Hall, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon. Sixteen (16) members attended plus approximately six (6) guests. The minutes were reviewed, approved and passed unanimously.

City of West Linn Robinwood Neighborhood Association (RNA, RN to be used for Robinwood Neighborhood) Monthly Meeting Minutes Tuesday, 1/8/2008 Kevin Bryck, President, called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM. Scott Sandie, RNA Treasurer, noted that the RNA fiscal year account balance was $1223.86 (plus an existing, small credit at the UPS store on Willamette Drive). The December 2007 RNA meeting minutes were unanimously approved. Items Discussed Kantara Land-Use Application Kevin Bryck noted that this application is the 4th item on the agenda at the 1/28/08 City Council meeting.

Scott Sandie, RNA Treasurer, noted that the RNA fiscal year account balance was $872.06. The May 2008 RNA meeting minutes were unanimously approved.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM at the West Linn Adult Community Center by President, Lynn C. Fox. The number of eligible members since the beginning of the calendar year was 28. At 10%, the quorum was 2.8 = 3 members. There were 7 members present at the start of the meeting. Therefore, the meeting stands as an official meeting of the Neighborhood Association.
