HIDDEN SPRINGS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION DRAFT MINUTES MEETING OF MAY 20, 2008 CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM at the West Linn Adult Community Center by President, Lynn C. Fox. Other officers in attendance: Harvey Schultz, Vice President; Donna Baker, Treasurer; Charles Lytle, Secretary. QUORUM DATA. There were a total of 43 members in attendance at the January and February 2008 meetings, therefore the quorum was 4. There were 9 members at the start of the meeting MINUTES OF THE APRIL 15, 2008 MEETING.

Other officers in attendance: Harvey Schultz, Vice President; Donna Baker, Treasurer. QUORUM DATA. There were a total of 41 members in attendance at the January and February 2008 meetings, therefore the quorum was 4. There were a total of 41 members in attendance at the January and February 2008 meetings, therefore the quorum was 4. The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM at the West Linn Adult Community Center by Acting President, Lynn C. Fox. Other officers in attendance: Donna Baker, Treasurer, Charles Lytle, Acting Secretary. QUORUM DATA. Eligible members in good standing as of the previous meeting: 47. At 10%, the quorum for this meeting was 4.7 = 5. Only members in good standing can vote. The number of eligible members in good standing in attendance at the start of the meeting was 8.

HIDDEN SPRINGS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION West Linn, Oregon Minutes November 16, 2004 In attendance: President, Al Belais Vice President, Lynn Fox Secretary, Donna Baker David Kempas, WL Police Department Additionally there were approximately eleven members of the Neighborhood Association in attendance. President Al Belais called the meeting to order at approximately 7:08. The minutes of the previous meeting held October 19, 2004 were read by the members, discussed and no changes were made.

DRAFT HIDDEN SPRINGS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION MEETING MINUTES September 21, 2004 Meeting called to order by President Al Belais at 7:05 PM No minutes were available from the last meeting. There was no report from the HSNA Traffic Safety Sub-committee. Candidates for city council Terry Pennington and Scott Burgess gave brief presentations and answered questions. Mike Kapigan also attended and participated in the discussion but did not give a formal presentation.
