HIDDEN SPRINGS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION MINUTES MEETING OF JULY 17, 2007 CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM at the West Linn Adult Community Center by President, Lynn C. Fox. Other officers in attendance: Harvey Schultz, Vice President; Charles Lytle, Secretary. QUORUM DATA. The number of eligible members since the beginning of the calendar year was 21. At 10%, the quorum was 2.1 = 3 members. There were 7 members present at the start of the meeting. Therefore, the meeting stands as an official meeting of the Neighborhood Association.

HIDDEN SPRINGS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION DRAFT MINUTES MEETING OF JANUARY 15, 2008 CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM at the West Linn Adult Community Center by President, Lynn C. Fox. Other officers in attendance: Harvey Schultz, Vice President; Charles Lytle, Secretary; Donna Baker, Treasurer. QUORUM DATA. This being the first meeting of 2008, there was no quorum carry-over. At the beginning of the meeting, twenty eligible members were in attendance, with three more arriving after the meeting had commenced. MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 20, 2007 MEETING.

HIDDEN SPRINGS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION APPROVED MINUTES MEETING OF FEBRUARY 19, 2008 CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM at the West Linn Adult Community Center by President, Lynn C. Fox. Other officers in attendance: Harvey Schultz, Vice President; Charles Lytle, Secretary; Donna Baker, Treasurer. QUORUM DATA. There were 23 members at the January 15th meeting, therefore the quorum was 3. At the beginning of the meeting, nineteen eligible members were in attendance, with two more arriving after the meeting had commenced. MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 19, 2008 MEETING.

NEW BUSINESS. 1) President Lynn Fox stated that she has been attending the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) meetings at Rosemont Ridge middle school. Their students are actively engaged in community outreach, and the school is looking for projects that could use student help. Adult volunteers would be needed for projects. The students could help in trail clean-up, ivy pulling, etc. In addition, the school is looking for volunteers to assist with other projects within the school. Contact information was posted at the meeting.

Fox. Other officers in attendance: Charles Lytle, Secretary. QUORUM DATA. There were a total of 48 members in attendance at the January and February 2008 meetings, therefore the quorum was 5. There were 9 members at the start of the meeting (9 total). MINUTES OF THE JUNE 20, 2008 MEETING. There being no additions or corrections, President Fox declared the minutes approved as submitted.
