The City of West Linn is committed to a wide variety of actions related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Mayor, City Council, and city staff are committed to a full, impartial and transparent assessment of our practices and a comprehensive response in order to rebuild community trust and ensure the highest possible level of service moving forward.

This page is intended to be a go-to spot for community members to see what work is underway, find relevant information, and learn how to get involved. It is a work in progress and will be added to over time as new information is available. The City released a request for qualifications for consulting services in April 2020 inviting proposals from firms specialized in achieving this goal.
