Tips for Providing Effective Testimony at Land Use Hearings

*COVID Update:  The Planning Commission meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format with some Commissioners, staff, presenters, and members of the public attending remotely via Webex and others attending in-person at City Hall.

The public can watch the meeting online at www.westlinnoregon.gov/meetings or on Cable TV Channel 30.

Those who wish to participate remotely should complete the speaker form https://westlinnoregon.gov/citycouncil/meeting-request-speak-signup before 12:00 pm on the meeting day to receive an invitation to join the meeting. Virtual participants can log in through a computer, mobile device, or call-in.

Those who attend the meeting in person must wear a mask at all times and maintain 6 feet of physical distance. In-person overflow capacity will be directed to first and second-floor lobbies to watch the meeting on monitors. Those watching the meeting in overflow rooms will be invited into the meeting room during public comment portion of the agenda. 

Submit written comments by email to staff liaison before 12:00 pm on the meeting day.
