GENERAL RULES
No signs shall be placed in the public right‐of‐way except on Sundays. See Sunday regulations.
No sign may be illuminated or noise‐ emitting.
No sign shall be painted on or attached to trees, fence posts, telephone or utility poles.
Signs must not obstruct the vision of a driver on any driveway or street or affect pedestrian safety.
All signs shall be kept in good repair and maintained in a safe condition
