West Linn’s GIS maintains an excellent web-based mapping service that contains a wealth of information on properties within the City. To find the zoning on your property, or any other property of interest, navigate to the MapIt Interactive Mapping portal at: http://westlinnoregon.gov/maps/mapit-disclaimer.

When the map viewer opens click on the Address Search button at the upper left hand corner of the screen and enter the address of your property of interest. The result of your search will appear in the results window; right click on the result and select zoom to view your property. Check the Planning, Zoning box in the map contents window to turn on the zoning information.
