2410, 2422, & 2444 Tannler Drive Class 2 Design Review and Lot Line Adjustment

The applicant is proposing to construct a 320-unit multi-family development with ground-floor commercial space. The request also includes a lot line adjustment.

The applicant submitted revised materials on June 12, 2026.

The Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, to consider the commercial components of a request for a Class II Design Review and Property Line Adjustments at 2410/2422/2444 Tannler Drive and 1800 Blankenship Road.

The Planning Commission will deliberate on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, to consider the residential components of a request for a Class II Design Review and Property Line Adjustments at 2410/2422/2444 Tannler Drive and 1800 Blankenship Road.

The Planning Commission will deliberate on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, to decide both the residential and commercial components of the application.
