22870 Weatherhill Drive 12-Lot Subdivision and Water Resource Area Protection
Applicant proposes a 12-lot subdivision in the R-7 zone at 22870 Weatherhill Drive. The request also includes Water Resource Area Protection.
Meeting has been continued to October 16, 2019. On September 18, 2019, the Planning Commission reopended the public hearing, accepted new testimony and evidence. The hearing was again closed and the record left open until September 25, 2019 for anyone to submit written testimony. The record was left open to all responses on submittals to October 2, 2019. The applicant will have until October 9, 2019 to provide rebuttal on all submittals. The Planning Commission will review this information and deliberate to a decision on October 16, 2019.
