The work at Sunset Park consists of re-developing the entire park including new ADA pathways, a new restroom, new nature playground, new and relocated picnic shelters and an interactive water feature for kids.

Sunburst Park

Project Type:

Improvements to Sunburst Park include a pavement overlay to the internal pathway and leveling and surfacing the basketball court with a conversion to an adjustable height backboard and rim.

Skyline Ridge Park

Project Type:

Improvement to Skyline Ridge Park will be the conversion of the old telemetry building, if possible, or the construction of a new uni-sex restroom and the re-surfacing of tennis/pickleball courts.

Project Cost = $42,599

Sahallie Illahee Park

Project Type:

Work at Sahallie Illahee Park will consist of better ADA access and a new nature based playground and the demolition and re-construction of the Horton Road basketball court.

Robinwood Park

Project Type:

Improved drainage and detention wall around the basketball  court due to water/dirt  flowing on the court.

Palomino Park

Project Type:

Improvement to Palomino Park include improvement to the stairs to the Palomino Loop Trail, ADA pathway within park, new basketball court surface and hoop and a Playground upgrade to serve older children.

North Willamette Park

Project Type:

North Willamette Park will soon enjoy a new boardwalk that connects the park to several other streets and apartments, improved drainage, and replacement of the outdated play structure for tots along with new path to area. and new bench and drinking fountain.

Midhill Park

Project Type:

The facelift to Midhill Park includes the installation of drainage pipe around the basketball court and play structures and, new fencing around basketball court,  a new trail bridge crossing an dpollinator garden

McLean Park and House

Project Type:

This project was the construction of a new large field house-style event shelter to replace the existing seasonal tent.

The Friends of the McLean Park & House dissolution in late 2022 has made this project not financially feasible.  The project was created in anticipation of fundraising from the Friends group which no longer exists.
