Midday Connections Book Club meets every third Tuesday of the month at 12 PM. This book club selects well-reviewed books of all genres including fiction and nonfiction. Participants are welcome to bring their lunch.

Any middle school students (grades 6-8) looking to volunteer at the library, but are too young for the regular volunteer program, are welcome to apply to become a Young Teen Volunteer.
The Library has teamed up with our Parks & Recreation Department to combine two of our favorite things: reading books and exploring the great outdoors! Together we invite you to the StoryWalk® at Fields Bridge Park.

In celebration of National Pet Month in May the library announces the Pets Caught Reading Photo Challenge! Send us your best photo of your pet with a book, and we will share our favorites on social media, in the June newsletter, and on the digital signboards in the library. All entries are due by 5pm on Tuesday, May 17. To get you inspired we’ve included some examples taken by staff of their pets (see below).
