Zumba Gold Chair is a seated workout designed for those with limited mobility, balance issues, or anyone who wants a fun, seated exercise session. Students will get a great core, arm, leg and brain workout without any standing movements. Seated Chair Zumba offers all of the fun and energy of Zumba while in a chair. The class will improve cardiovascular health, boost your mood and increase your flexibility. The class will include a Yoga cooldown allowing students to enjoy a lively workout and leave invigorated and relaxed at the same time.
