Strategic Plan Survey Results Update
Last fall, the West Linn Public Library invited community members to share feedback through a Strategic Plan Survey to help guide the library’s future. We’re grateful to the 580 residents who participated and shared how they use and value the library.
The survey results show strong community support for the library and highlight how frequently residents use its services and spaces.
- 97% of respondents say the library is a valuable community resource.
- 95% of respondents already have a Clackamas County Library card.
- More than three-quarters of residents visit the library at least once a month.
- Residents use the library for books and reading material, digital resources, programs and events and welcoming spaces to read, work and connect.
The two-sided overview below provides a snapshot of key survey highlights and emerging themes as we continue developing the library’s next strategic plan. The final strategic plan is expected to be shared with the community in May.
