Strategic Plan Survey Results Update
Last fall, the West Linn Public Library invited community members to share feedback through a Strategic Plan Survey to help guide the library’s future. We’re grateful to the 580 residents who participated and shared how they use and value the library.
The results show strong community support—97% of respondents say the library is a valuable community resource, and 95% already have a Clackamas County Library card. Many residents use the library regularly—more than three-quarters visit at least once a month for books, digital resources, programs, and welcoming spaces to read, work, and connect.
The two-sided overview below provides a snapshot of key survey highlights and emerging themes as we continue developing the library’s next strategic plan. The final strategic plan is expected to be shared with the community in May.
