Kanopy
The West Linn Library has Kanopy! With over 30,000 streaming movies and documentaries (and hundreds more added each month), plus 6,000+ videos in the Great Courses series, Kanopy is a collection of independent and classic films, documentaries, short films, international cinema, and educational/training videos.
Who can access Kanopy?
Access is free for card holders registered at the West Linn Public Library. (Lake Oswego Library and Oregon City Library have their own subscriptions.) Please note that there are a small number of films on Kanopy that are available only to academic libraries, just like there are films exclusive only to public libraries. The reason for this is the rights distinction set forth by the supplier of the film. Therefore you should always access Kanopy using our custom West Linn URL so you will only see the movies available to you.
