Indigenous Peoples' Day

2021 is the first year the State of Oregon is formally recognizing Indigenous Peoples' Day!

West Linn City Council will be commemorating by making a proclamation on Monday, October 11th, encouraging all to acknowledge, honor, value, and celebrate Indigenous People.

On Tuesday, October 12th, join a virtual celebration including Indigenous history, drumming, dancing, voices from the community, a land acknowledgement and more.
