The application submitted by the Lake Oswego-Tigard Water Supply Partnership is for the installation of a new raw water transmission line under the Willamette River from the existing river intake pump station on the Clackamas River, to a point near the mouth of Mary S. Young Creek in West Linn. From this point, the applicant proposes installing pipe to the existing Lake Oswego Water Treatment Plant. From the plant, the finished water pipe is proposed to continue along Mapleton Drive and then Highway 43 to Lake Oswego.
