Forensic Audit

A forensic audit was commissioned in 2006 by the new City Manager Chris Jordan following the City's discovery of fraudulent activities committed by the former finance director. This report essentially confirms the criminal investigation carried out by West Linn police and the State of Oregon's Justice Department shedding additional light on how it was accomplished.
