Robert Moore Award Nomination Form

The West Linn City Council is looking for the next Moore Award winner. Our community is filled with people who voluntarily contribute to making our community a better place to live. We would like to recognize these special community members.

Do you know someone who takes the time to help neighbors, who tries to make a difference in their lives, who has shared acts of kindness with others?

The qualifications are that the person:
• Is not paid for the contribution;
• Has not been widely recognized for the service;
• Is neither an elected official, nor is employed by the City;
• Performs the efforts within the city or the greater West Linn region.

The deadline for submissions of nominations is Thursday, April 3, 2025. The award will be presented in mid-2025.
