Sunday Signs and Pre-Application Conference Code Amendments

Summary

Community Development Code proposed amendments to Chapters 25, 52, 58 and 99 of the Community Development Code.

The primary purpose of the amendments to the Community Development Code (“CDC”) is to accomplish the following:

1. Specify exactly which types of development applications are required to hold pre-application conferences prior their submittal. This amendment does not represent any change to the City’s current or historical policies regarding pre-application requirements, it is intended to centralize the location of these requirements into Chapter 99 of the Code.

2. Permit limited temporary signage within the public right-of-way at specific locations on Sundays.
