Objective of the committee: To represent the City Council and community with the development of the new police station to ensure that the vision for a new police station is implemented to maximize value and in accordance with the Council’s and the voters’ intentions. Members: Troy Bowers Troy Bowers has lived in the Sunset area since 1991 and has served the Sunset Neighborhood Association in various capacities over the past 6 years. Troy served on the City of West Linn’s Community Police Facility Development Committee and has provided outreach to the public. Thomas Frank Thomas Frank lives in the Parker Crest neighborhood. He has served on the City of West Linn’s Transportation Advisory Board (2007-2009), Community Police Facility Development Committee (2010-2011), and is currently on serving the City of West Linn’s Budget Committee (2009-Present) and Police Station Steering Committee. Glen Friedman Glen Friedman has lived in the Robinwood Neighborhood for 13+ years. He currently serves on the Sustainability Advisory Board, and has previously served on the Community Police Facility Development Committee and Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Karen Hensley Karen Hensley and her family have lived in West Linn since 2003. She has been a member of the City of West Linn Citizen's Budget Committee since 2007. Karen served as the Vice Chair of the Community Police Facility Development Committee. Ms. Hensley is a Sales Engineer for large high tech company specializing in strategic goal formulation, corporate performance measure tracking, budgeting and planning, and business intelligence software. Grant Oakes Grant Oakes lives in the Hidden Springs neighborhood. He is a retired Account Manager, and has served on the City of West Linn’s Public Safety Advisory Board and Community Police Facility Development Committee. Dennis Richey Dennis Richey has been a West Linn resident for 17 years. He is a Psychologist and Former President of Bolton Neighborhood Association, West Linn Planning Commissioner, as well as a member of the Community Police Facility Development Committee.
