18000 Upper Midhill Drive Appeal of Planning Commission Approval
Applicant is appealing the Planning Commission approval of a 34-Lot Subdivision and Water Resource Area permit at 18000 Upper Midhill Drive.
The Planning Commission Reconsideration Hearing was held on March 22, 2017, and was limited by City Council to the issue of "adequate public facilities including traffic impact and influences and pedestrian improvements and safety" that are related to Community Development Code (CDC) 85.200(A).
