18000 Upper Midhill Drive Appeal of Planning Commission Denial
Applicant is appealing the Planning Commission denial of their application for a 34-lot Subdivision and Water Resource Area permit at 18000 Upper Midhill Drive.

The Public Hearing scheduled for June 28 and 29 has been CANCELLED and is rescheduled for July 25 and 27 at 5:00 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL DENIALS HAVE BEEN APPEALED TO LUBA
Reconsideration of the decision to deny the Chene Blanc 34-lot subdivision and water resource area permit (AP-16-02) at 18000 Upper Midhill Drive is scheduled for March 22, 2017. The City Council limited reconsideration to the issue of “adequate public facilities including traffic impact and influences and pedestrian improvements and safety” that are related to Community Development Code (CDC) 85.200(A)
