1748 Willamette Falls Drive Class I Design Review for Exterior Modifications
Applicant proposes alterations to approved Design Review Application DR-17-01. The proposal is to change windows on the west elevation and use Hardi-Plank siding instead of wood siding at 1748 Willamette Falls Drive.

The Historic Review Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
The Planning Manager will then make a final decision no earlier than April 4, 2019.
