Lake Oswego-Tigard Water Treatment Plant

Project Type:

This project is part of a large, multi-jurisdictional project to increase treated water capacity for the residents of Lake Oswego and Tigard. A pipeline will be necessary to convey water to and from the water treatment plant. Pipeline construction will be under separate Conditional Use and Public Improvement permits. The City of West Linn is coordinating with associated jurisdictions for project management oversight as well as ongoing inspections.

Surface Water Master Plan

Project Type:

Project will evaluate current conditions and provide future direction for the City’s surface water system. The master plan will provide capital improvement projects and priorities, system management and maintenance programmatic recommendations and costs, summary fact sheets and maps, operations and maintenance plans, funding needs/strategies, and shall meet all applicable state, regional, and local laws. Engineering modeling to assist in evaluating scope of specific problems, options, and developing sizing will be required.

2017 Road Program

Project Type:

This street improvement project generally includes asphalt pavement removal and replacement, cement treated subgrade, and storm sewer improvements.

Bolton Reservoir Replacement

Project Type:

This project consists of the abandonment and removal of the existing 100 year old 2.5 MG Bolton Reservoir and old pump station building, and construction of a new 4.0 MG prestressed concrete reservoir on the same parcel.

Kenthorpe Paving Information Session: POSTPONED TO AUG. 23

At 6 p.m. on Aug. 23 an information session will be held at Robinwood Station regarding the impending paving projects on Kenthorpe Way, Old River and Mapleton drives . All those who will be impacted by this project are invited to attend the meeting.

On July 10 the West Linn City Council approved the contract that will allow for a complete repaving of Kenthorpe Way and Old River Drive, along with resurfacing on Mapleton. The purpose of this meeting is to present information on the project and take the information of those who will need special assistance during the road project.

2017 Waterline Project

Project Type:

This waterline replacement project generally consists of installing 3,600 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water line and 1,300 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water line. Permanent trench paving, hydrant installation, water service connections, surveying, and landscape restoration are also included.
