A special event permit application must be submitted a minimum of 30 days in advance (up to twelve months) before the event date. When your application is submitted, there will be a $150.00 non-refundable application fee along with Special Event Fees and City personnel costs paid per the Master Fee & Charges schedule. Depending on the type of event, additional fees and information may be required.

Volunteer opportunities are plentiful at the West Linn Adult Community Center. If you have spare time and would like to give back to the senior adults of our community this is the place for you.

Adult Community Center Greeters - Friendly front desk folks to make all new comers and old friends feel welcome at the Adult Community Center.

The West Linn Adult Community Center is a large, well-equipped facility with several rooms available to rent. Our spaces include: three multi-purpose rooms, a classroom and dining room perfect for parties, meetings, or receptions.
The West Linn Adult Community Center is located at 1180 Rosemont Road in West Linn, Oregon. Programs offered at the ACC are managed by the City of West Linn Parks & Recreation Staff and offer a wide variety of exercise classes, bus trips, meals, special interest activities, events and classes.
