Refund Policy

  • West Linn Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel programs/camps due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.  If a program is canceled by West Linn Parks and Recreation you will receive a full refund.

Reserve a Facility

 

West Linn Parks & Recreation has quite a few options for you to reserve for your events throughout the year.

The Sunset Fire Hall is located at 2215 Long Street. The facility is a two story building with a kitchen, meeting/eating area and a hardwood floor and small stage upstairs.

Street Tree Removal & Replacement Permit

**For a Tree Emergency after hours or on a day we are closed please call Non-Emergency Dispatch 503-635-0238**

Street Tree is defined as any tree planted by the City or authorized to be planted by another party in a right-of-way and designated as such. Street trees do not include existing native or nonnative trees or new plantings that are not authorized by the City. This normally includes all trees located in a planting strip between the sidewalk and curb.
