West Linn Parks & Recreation has quite a few options for you to reserve for your events throughout the year.
The Sunset Fire Hall is located at 2215 Long Street. The facility is a two story building with a kitchen, meeting/eating area and a hardwood floor and small stage upstairs.

The Adult Community Center is located at 1180 Rosemont Road. The Adult Community Center is a 6000 square foot facility with three multiple rooms, a classroom and a kitchen.
The McLean House and Park is located at 5350 River Street. This historical property, offers unique indoor and outdoor venues.
*** The City of West Linn has recently taken over operations of the historic McLean House and Park from the Friends of McLean Park and House organization that has been dissolved after 42 years. The city is working to develop a long term plan for the McLean House and Park that is financially sustainable and supports the needs and wants of the community and local neighbors. The city is evaluating all scenarios for the future and taking into account the very unpredictable conditions currently surrounding the property. The Oregon Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) major construction project on the Abernathy Bridge which makes it impossible to continue normal operations at the facility at this time.
The McLean House and Park will continue to be preserved and maintained by the City of West Linn but at this time there will be no utilization of the home and grounds for non-city meetings and/or events.
Robinwood Station is a West Linn Community Center, operated by the Friends of the Robinwood Station. The Station is located at 3706 Cedaroak Drive just over one block east of Hwy 43 and the TriMet 35 bus. Robinwood Station accepts new reservations 3 months in advance.

** NOTICE: Oregon law (ORS 105.682, et seq.) provides that the City of West Linn is not liable in contract or tort for injury, death, or property damage that arises out of use of land for recreational purposes (known as “recreational use immunity”). That immunity from liability does not apply if the owner makes a charge for permission to use the land. The fee you paid is only for use of the reserved park shelter. Other uses of this park, or any use of the property outside the reserved facility are not subject to a charge and, therefore, the City of West Linn is not liable for injuries, death, or property damage arising out of such uses of the property for which no specific charge has been made.
