Athletic Field Permits & Rentals

Welcome to Field Rentals in the City of West Linn, where outdoor activities and community engagement thrive in our beautiful parks. The City of West Linn Parks and Recreation has 13 rent-able fields for seasonal, occasional, and tournament play. Permits are required for all field use.

West Linn Parks & Recreation Owned Fields 

A permit is required to use the following fields: 

Willamette Park (3 fields)
Hammerle Park (2 fields)
Parker Rd. (1 Field)
Mary S. Young (5 fields) 
Fields Bridge Park (2 fields) 

Fields can be reserved for $20 per field, per hour.

1-5 Teams	$300
6-10 Teams	$500
11-20 Teams	$750
20+ Teams	$1000

*Tournament fees are in addition to the rental fee

Willamette Park 

• Field Information: 2 Turf Softball fields, 1 dirt softball field, 2 large outfields to support several sports. 
• Sports Typically Supported: Softball, Soccer

Willamette Park Field 1:  Field 1 is located near the playground, large grass field with dirt softball field. Willamette Field 1 Calendar

Willamette Park Field 2: Field 2 is the turf softball field closest to the park/parking lot with large outfield suitable for many activities. Willamette Field 2 Calendar

In-Season Sport Schedule 

The West Linn Parks & Recreation Department follows OSAA guidelines for "in-season" sports. "In-Season" sports receive priority in booking fields.

Do any of your fields have lights?

No, The City of West Linn does not own any fields with lights. All parks/fields close at dusk.
