Accessibility Upgrades to Existing Buildings

Accessiblity upgrades to existing buildings will be enforced as required by ORS 447.241 and Chapter 11 of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code.  Please see documentation below for our 25% accessiblity upgrade form and for the Buildign Code Division Oregon's technical bulletin on understanding the requirements of ORS 447.241
