Water Meter Sizing

As of January 1st, 2025 we will be amending our water meter sizing standards to more closely align with the 2023 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code.  Fixture unit loading values will not change from previous evaluation methods, but the determination of minimum size requirements will now be based off of the full scope of Table 610.4.   Meter and Building supply sizing will be based directly off of the respective columns, as written in table 610.4.  This change is being made to ensure that we are fully in compliance with the 2023 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code.

Also attached below is a fillable water meter sizing form so that applicants can provide us with a full count of fixtures at a property that may need an evaluation of their water meter.
