About the Court

The West Linn Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the city government. It has jurisdiction over all city ordinance and state law violations committed within the city limits, other than felonies.

Municipal Judge Special Election September 17, 2013

The City of West Linn will hold a Special Election on September 17, 2013 for the position of Municipal Judge to fill the remainder of the unexpired term of Judge Heather Karabeika.  The term of office expires December 31, 2014.

Qualifications:
